Equilibrium UP & Associates are professionals advocating and assisting government, business, academic entities, students, including student-athletes, teachers, coaches and families.  Over the years E-UP has been entrusted to assist participants with finding balance (equilibrium) in their everyday responsibilities and changing the life trajectory of every individual participating in E-UP's programs. E-UP's sessions and training opportunities aide with developing leaders, providing them with decision making templates and personal self-awareness while enhancing the probability that we interact with others based on who they are their mind, heart and spirit. The idea of together as one.
